I’m Atif Javid, Intire’s founder. I'm a proud Bristolian and have been working in the local residential property market for over a decade. Being a landlord myself for many years, I found almost all the letting agents I used to be lacking - in honesty, transparency and experience. In general, agents have a poor reputation so we’ve made it our business to change all that. In a nutshell, agents are perceived as being unregulated and unprofessional in their dealings. It’s not uncommon to hear the terms ‘dishonest’ and untruthful’ being associated with the industry but Intire is completely different and we refuse to be tarred with the same brush!
Our fees and literature are honest and simple to understand, and there are no hidden costs lurking around our corners because we make it our business to always tell you the truth.

For a single all inclusive fee of just three weeks rent (plus VAT) ‘Intirely Let’, our tenant find service, includes extensive marketing, full tenant referencing, comprehensive rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance, and a full written and photographic inventory.What’s more it also includes deposit protection, gas and electrical safety testing and the EPC all at no extra cost!

Intirely Managed
Within the monthly all inclusive fee of only 12% of the monthly rent (plus VAT) ‘Intirely Managed’, our property management service, includes all re-letting fees when a tenant vacates a property. No matter how many times we need to re-let your property, we won’t charge you any extra.We also include a £100 contribution towards the first repair bill of each and every tenancy and provide rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance, and annual gas and electrical safety re-testins for the entire term of every tenancy - all at no additional cost.

Intirely Specialist
We’re unique and proud of the fact that we’ll never be a ‘Jack of all trades’. Whilst other agents are busy selling houses, land and commercial buildings, and offering advice on mortgages and insurance products - as well as trying to run a letting business on the side - we’re happy doing one thing and doing it exceptionally well. We are experts in lettings.
Every member of the Intire team is trained and accredited directly by The Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and we are also fully fledged members of The Property Ombudsman for Lettings (TPO). |
