Terms and Conditions – Price Match Promise

1. Price match applies to new landlords only.
2. Notification of price match must be made before Terms of Business have been signed.
3. Landlord must provide a written quotation on competitor’s company headed paper setting out full details of the management service offered by the competitor – must be comparable like-for-like management service.
4. Competitor must be a genuine property letting and management company/ business. To satisfy this requirement, the competitor must: (a) be a limited company, limited liability partnership or a plc and trading as such for at least 2 years previously; and (b) be a current member of ARLA and The Property Ombudsman for Lettings; and (c) be operating, and have been operating for the previous 2 years, in the Bristol lettings market; and (d) have a high street shop with minimum opening hours of 9 am to 6pm, at least 6 days a week (including Saturdays).
