Within the monthly all inclusive fee of only 12% of the monthly rent (plus VAT) ‘Intirely Managed’, our property management service, includes all re-letting fees when a tenant vacates a property. No matter how many times we need to re-let your property, we won’t charge you any extra.
We also include a £100 contribution towards the first repair bill of each and every tenancy and provide rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance, gas and electrical safety re-testing for the entire term of every tenancy - all at no additional cost.
