The Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013
Intire has again scooped Gold at the The Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2013, that were held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel on Friday 24th May 2013. Intire took home the Gold award for Best Small Office (2-5 Branches) in the South West.
The Lettings Agency of the Year Awards, now in their fourth year, are the only awards that focus solely on lettings, seeking to find the very best in the business. The Award was presented by the Karen Brady, Lord Sugar's aide on the BBC 1 show The Apprentice. Judges report described Intire as:
“a young company driven by a youthful team who really seem to know what they are doing. It is a clever balance of business assurance and dynamism that attracts clients and has subsequently made the business highly profitable. Not a team to rest on their laurels, Intire are working to a steep target for 2013 and are well on track to achieve this. It is a simple notion but Intire has put transparency at the heart of its offering and this is in evidence in everything it does. The judges liked the fact a personal training budget is in place for each team member, as the company believes personal development and competent members of staff lead to a better business. The Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2012
Intire has been awarded the Gold Award for the Best Single Office in the South West at The Times and Sunday Times Lettings Agency of the Year Awards 2012.
The award is the culminating event of a rigorous and thorough judging process carried out over a four-month period by a panel of industry experts who assess initial entry submissions before conducting an extensive review of the entrants, which includes hundreds of telephone interviews and mystery shopping exercises. The whole of the judging process is overseen by The Property Ombudsman; Christopher Hamer.
These awards have become widely recognised as the most sought-after and difficult to win. With more entrants than ever before, over 5,000 offices were represented this year, but only the very best of the best were crowned as winners.

"Judges described Intire as an excellent business with an abundance of ambition and market nous. They praised the agency's equal focus on landlords and tenants, the absence of tenancy renewal fees and the provision of floor plans and interactive maps, which prospective tenants can download before they see a property. They also praised the single landlord fee, which covers all associated agency fees and costs. Landlords receive an all inclusive managed service that provides landlords with comprehensive rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance for the entire term of each tenancy. Robust compliance levels help to retain both landlords and tenants, as does staff training, which is comprehensive, thanks to an annual budget of £1,200 per staff member. UK Property Awards (Supported by RICS) 2012-2013
Intire have scooped another top award to add to its growing collection. At the UK Property Awards 2012-2013, in association with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, won the 5 star awards for excellence in the Bristol lettings market.
This award highlights our dedication to customer service, commitment to our employee professional development and our detemination to be the leading letting agent in Bristol.
A select number of UK property professionals have been rewarded for their excellence. The UK Property Awards 2012 have now been judged and Intire has won the highly coveted 5 star award for their excellence in lettings and property management. Intire were crowned as the "Best Lettings Agency - Bristol".
Successful entrants were invited to attend a high profile gala presentation dinner at the London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square on Friday, October 12th where the official announcements were made.
The UK Property Awards are part of the long established International Property Awards and its award winners’ logo is recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry.
Attaining one of these coveted awards is indisputable evidence that Intire is capable of beating some exceedingly strong contenders within the highly competitive UK property arena.

ESTAS Estate & Letting Agents Awards 2012
It's official. Intire are one of the top three letting agents in the South West and the only letting agent in Bristol to be recognised for its excellent customer service as voted for by their landlords during the course of 2011.
The ESTAS are one of the most important and valuable awards in our industry. An ESTA is not an easy accolade to pick up, to win one requires a lot of hard work, over a very long period of time.
The results of the competition were determined by research carried out amongst landlords who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their agent. Over 33,000 votes were received making it the biggest consumer survey of its kind in the UK property industry.
Winning this award shows we believe passionately in providing the highest quality customer service. It shows we are prepared to go that extra mile, prepared to take criticism as well as praise and prepared to invest and develop their businesses accordingly.
Everyone at Intire are absolutely delighted to have won the award. The award means so much because it’s our landlords who have openly and anonymously rated us. We pride ourselves on high levels of customer service as this award shows we must be getting it right.
