Fully Trained Staff
Every member of our team undertakes training which is directly accredited by the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and we’re full members of The Property Ombudsman for Lettings (TPO). Being solely focused on lettings enables us to have the best local market knowledge and provide accurate valuations to optimise rental income and minimise void periods.
Some lettings agents settle for one or two ARLA trained staff per office – we never will.
