£100 Towards Repairs
In order to minimise your costs, and in an effort to assist you in spreading them over a longer period, we will make a contribution of up to £100 towards the first repair bill of each and every tenancy. This applies to each and every tenancy so if there is a change in tenancy, i.e. new tenants when the property is re-let, we will pay £100 towards the first repair bill of the new tenancy.
We will carry on making the contribution towards the first repair bill of every managed tenancy no matter how many times the property is re-let!

In order to avoid criminal penalties, it’s important your gas and electrical safety re-testing is carried out. Under our Intirely Managed service, we also organise and cover the costs associated with re-testing and the issuing of certificates to relevant parties. It’s all part of our service. |
