At Intire our transparent fee structure is specifically designed with landlords in mind. Our inclusive fee covers all associated agent's fees and costs and there are no add-ons or renewal fees because we think they're unfair. Making landlords happy is really important to us. Our tenant finder service ‘Intirely Let’ and our property management service ‘Intirely Managed’ are completely unique.

Our Intirely Let service benefits landlords who'd like our knowledge and expertise in finding quality tenants but who would like to manage the property themselves.

The Intirely Managed service is designed to take care of everything and relieves landlords from the commitments associated with being a full time landlord.

For a single all inclusive FIXED fee of just £495 (plus VAT) our Intirely Let service includes:

For a monthly all inclusive fee of only 12% of the monthly rent (plus VAT) our Intirely Managed service includes all the items listed in our Intirely Let service, PLUS the following:

No re-let fees promise every time tenant leaves

No tenancy renewal fees promise
No management fees payable when property vacant
