Our inclusive fee covers all associated agent's fees and costs and there are no add-ons or renewal fees because we think they're unfair. Making landlords happy is really important to us. Our tenant finder service ‘Intirely Let’ and our property management service ‘Intirely Managed’ are completely unique.

Our Intirely Let service benefits landlords who'd like our knowledge and expertise in finding quality tenants but who would like to manage the property themselves.

The Intirely Managed service is designed to take care of everything and relieves landlords from the commitments associated with being a full time landlord.

For our Intirely Managed service, there is a ONE-OFF set up fee of £295 plus VAT payable on the very first let. Thereafter you will only be charged the Intirely Managed fee - no matter how many times we need to re-let your property over time.
