Terms and Conditions – Recommend a Landlord

1. The referrer must advise the landlord recommended that they have been referred and complete the recommendation form on this page to be eligible for the commission.
2. Commission is only payable where the recommended landlord is not already known to us e.g. past/ existing landlord or already enquired about our services.
3. Commission is payable per successful recommendation, but only paid once and not for any subsequent property transactions of the same recommended landlord.
4. £100 Commission will be transferred to the nominated bank account of the referrer within 14 days of the recommended landlord’s property being tenanted/ occupied by a tenant found by Intire.
5. This offer may be withdrawn or amended at anytime.
