Bristol enters Top 10 UK cities in new survey based on education access

Posted by ATIF JAVID on 22/01/2016

Great news this week for buy-to-let landlords in Bristol, as survey results published place Bristol as one of the Top 10 most vital cities in the country to live in.

The survey results, which factored in educational access and rising house prices, put Bristol in at number six – compared to number 11 last year.

The Vitality Index compares cities across the country on common factors such as education, affluence, business enterprise, Green credentials and property growth.

The new survey results should provide even further evidence for property investors across the South West that Bristol is one of the top spots in the region and wider UK in which to purchase buy-to-let properties for building investment wealth in 2016.

The Vitality Index is updated annually, and to see such a huge increase for Bristol in the rankings within the last 12 months will please the burgeoning base of property investment landlords operating in all BS postcodes across the city this year.

We look forward to monitoring future Vitaliy Index results for Bristol beyond 2016 – read more about the latest Index survey here.
