The promises may sound easy, but require real planning and effort to consistently deliver time after time.

Market appraisal / valuation

When you contact us to value your property, we promise that:

  • 1.We will arrange for an experienced member of staff to visit the property to undertake a thorough and professional valuation within 3 working days.
  • 2.We will not deliberately over value the property to obtain your instruction.
  • 3.We will confirm our valuation in writing to you within 3 working days.


When you instruct us to market your property, we promise that:

  • 4.We will list your property for letting within 1 working day of our receiving keys, signed Terms of Business and our attendance to take photos.
  • 5.Your property will be listed on our website and all the leading property portals in the UK to include Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
  • 6.Your property details will have a floor plan and EPC.
  • 7.We will always accompany viewings.
  • 8.You will always receive feedback from viewings within 2 working days.
  • 9.We will qualify the tenant’s position before submitting the offer to you.
  • 10.We will submit an offer to you the same working day of receiving the completed Tenancy Application Form and Holding Deposit from the tenant.
  • 11.We will give you our honest professional opinion on the offer based on market conditions and tenant profile.

Offer acceptance & tenant referencing

Once an offer has been accepted, we promise that:

  • 12.We will confirm in writing the terms of the accepted offer to you within 2 working days.
  • 13.Subject to the offer being accepted, referencing will also be commenced within 2 working days.
  • 14.Our referencing will be thorough and professional and conducted using our comprehensive 3-step tenant referencing system.
  • 15.Once referencing has been completed for the tenant, we will confirm the results to you within 1 working day.


In addition to the above, we also promise that:

  • 16.We will return your call or email within 1 working day so there is less waiting and no chasing for our landlords.
  • 17.Rents will be processed within 3 working days of receipt and transferred to landlord’s nominated bank account the same day.
  • 18.If for any reason you decide that our Intirely Managed service is not completely right for you within the first 3 months of the tenancy, we will give you a full refund of all management fees paid – no questions asked. Terms apply.
  • 19.If you find a comparable management service for less than our Intirely Managed service, we will match the price. Terms apply.
  • 20.As part of our Intire Switching Pledge (for landlords transferring the management of their property to Intire) we promise to do all we can to switch you across to our Intirely Managed service within 4 weeks.
  • 21.If you are ever unhappy with any aspect of our service, you can call and speak to our Managing Director at anytime.
